Tips to prepare for the CAT exam:
- Practice makes the man perfect – Take as many mock tests as you can. Try to attempt questions in online tests as they will prepare you for the modus operandi of the tests
- Don’t get emotional – Many a times you would feel that a certain concept / topic is very well known to you, however due to some reason you are unable to solve the question. Leave it and move forward, all questions carry an equal Weightage
- Go Easy – Scan the paper and attempt the easy questions first as this will give you a higher confidence to attempt the tougher ones in the second round
- Eliminate – Some of the tricky questions will leave you confused, in this case start eliminating the choices and then it will be easier to find the right answer
- Keep Calm and Rock On – There is no smooth sailing in turbulent seas. Keeping a cool head and a focus on your goal will help you realize your efforts.
All the best and do well!
